0 to 100

From sedentary to ultra-trail runner in 18 months.

In this unique, world-first study, we want to demonstrate that we have no choice: to be truly healthy, we must move. We will accompany 40 sedentary individuals to help them finish a 100km ultra-trail race. If this effort seems extraordinary to most, it is solely due to the extreme sedentary nature of our societies.
